A. You can choose from several payment methods. We accept payment from all major Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay using Paypal. We currently do not accept cash on delivery payments.
A. You can easily track your order by using the tracking function located in the menu on top of our homepage. After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to our East Coast fulfillment center. We usually ship orders within 24 business hours. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
A. Our standard Shipping costs for deliveries in the US (LOWER 48 US ONLY) are $6.95. We do offer FREE SHIPPING for all U.S.-based orders over $100 (LOWER 48 US ONLY). Please check shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico at the Checkout.
A. We are currently accepting orders from the US, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Additional fees, such as Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.
A. Most U.S. orders get delivered within 2-5 business days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico might take a day or two longer. International Orders can take up to 15 Business Days.
A. You can place your order directly on our website when you browse through our products. Just add the product and the quantity that you want in your shopping cart. After you have included all the products you can proceed to the checkout over the shopping cart menu. You will be asked to fill in your shipping and billing information and after that, you can place your order by clicking on the buy button.
A. Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach a photo or video so we can address the issue clearly. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
